Edward Brine, her son, holds a Diploma of Property – Agency Management and co-manages the Agency and specialises in residential and commercial sales, leasing and settlements.

Silvia concentrates on project managing new residential and commercial
developments, subdivisions, business sales and acquisitions, lease negotiations, and complex settlements.

After working together for several years as business and property settlement agents, developers, consultants, project managers and business advisors, they created The Avenue Property & Business Marketing to bring this same level of service their clients requiring real estate services. As a team they have a depth of knowledge of all aspects of real estate which is often difficult to find in one place.
